Our quality of staff
Prior to employment, all staff are screened as well as finger printed, and ID documents are verified. All candidates are required to produce a police clearance certificate before they are employed by us. Once this process has been completed, they then undergo an intensive training program.
As part of maintaining our high levels of service, we pride ourselves on new development, the latest cleaning methods and products. Should changes in the industry occur, our staff are kept abreast through ongoing training programs.
All motivated staff receive ongoing training, to ensure that they too are kept up to date with recent changes and developments within the market. This encourages staff to progress and to stay motivated, so that as a whole, we continue providing our clients with quality cleaning services.

Advantages of using our services
All staff are trained on courses that are designed to fit on with the National Qualifications framework, as required by both SETA and THETA standards. Our courses include theory and practical, as well as on the job training, providing all our staff with extensive on going training and development which we can customize to fulfill our clients needs.
An area manager will oversee all cleaners and visit your site on a regular basis, ensuring that all standards are met. Regular site meetings together with you are encouraged.
